Can theCakeWorks deliver nationwide?
We do get enquiries from all over the UK (indeed all over the world) but unfortunately the cakes and model toppers are fragile and need careful transport over long distances and so the cost of couriers are expensive and mail impractical.
Our cakes have travelled across the UK and abroad but usually in the care of a ‘supervising adult’ and if you are happy to collect the cake we can certainly offer advice on design and prepare it as best we can for transport.

(PS…If you happen to own a courier company or can think of a good transport service then please email us because we would love to hear how we can solve this problem!)
What size cake should I order?
Portions sizes vary but we can offer some standard cake size information on our Portion Guide page. If the cake is a non-regular shape then we would be glad to offer you some advice based on the number of guests you expect to serve.
