Star Wars Storm Trooper 3D cake
Having already made the Millenium Falcon and R2D2, this recently became the last creation in my Star Wars trilogy! Crafted out of chocolate and vanilla sponge cakes of various sizes, I was assured this Storm Trooper mask would be a big hit with the birthday ‘boy’!

Ship-shaped birthday cake, HMS Gordon
Gordon is an ex-Navy man so I was asked to come up with a ship shape cake design to bring back memories of this time. The ship was carved from a square vanilla sponge cake and filled with strawberry jam and butter icing.
Trotters Independent Trading Co. Robin Reliant Birthday cake
Some of us from a certain age can remember the classic BBC comedy series Only Fools and Horses with the brothers ”Del Boy” and Rodney Trotter always running a scam.
“Trotters Independent Traders”. (T.I.T for short!) was the logo across their Robin Reliant company van, running around Peckham in South London.
This 60th birthday cake is in 3D and is in the shape of their rusty old van. The cake design is shaped from chocolate sponge with the icing decorated with a rusty and beaten up colour theme. Some of the other designs for men’s birthday cakes are my web-page here.

Darren’s cake was inspired by his acquisition of a white minivan, his beloved pet dog and whatever it is he likes to get up to in his spare time..! This carved cake was Vanilla Madeira sponge and the girl and dog modelled from icing.
